Golf Instruction

Parks Price, a seasoned golf professional, joined the Hanover Country Club Team as Head Golf Professional in 2024.  Hailing from North Carolina, Parks discovered his passion for golf at an early age, starting with a role in outside operations at his hometown club in Taylorsville. Throughout his career, Parks has gained valuable expertise from renowned clubs such as Mid South Club, Lenoir Golf Club, and Pine Valley Country Club of Wilmington, NC. Drawing from his diverse background, Parks plans to bring the best of each experience to Hanover, introducing fresh ideas that members will appreciate.

After his first year at Hanover, he was awarded the Central Counties Chapter PGA Professional of the Year for 2024.  In addition to his professional journey, Parks boasts a strong competitive background, highlighted by his notable victory at the 2021 Haverford Classic at Sunnybrook GC. As the lead teaching professional at York, Parks has honed his skills in helping golfers overcome challenges and find solutions to refine their game.

Parks' goals for year-two is to bring a full service Junior Golf Program to the members and their guests.  The Tournament Program at HCC will also see a new look as we incorporate the use of Golf Genius TMS.  The live-scoring and mobile registrations will allow for the membership to easily access event pairings and results.

As Parks embarks on his second year as Head Golf Professional, he plans to continue serving the Hanover community with dedication and enthusiasm.
