General Information Guidelines
All non-member functions are required to be sponsored by a member of the Hanover Country Club. A signed contract and deposit of $1000.00 is required to secure an event date. Deposit may be increased depending on time of year of event, type of event and/or estimated number of guests attending the event.
Deposits are required to be paid and presented with a completed contract no later than two weeks after confirmation of booking. All deposits will be deducted from the final event bill. If an event is cancelled twelve (12) months prior to the contracted date the full deposit will be refunded. If an event is cancelled less than twelve (12) months prior to the contracted date half the deposit will be refunded to the client and half the deposit will be retained by the club. All cancellations MUST be made in writing and are only valid with written confirmation from the club.
The client is solely responsible to maintain orderly conduct of their guests to ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and club rules. Client will also assume responsibility for any damage done to club and/or its surrounding property during a contracted event.
All menu prices are subject to 20% gratuity and 6% PA sales tax. Prices are subject to change unless a signed contract is present that specifically indicates that prices are guaranteed. Otherwise, prices may be confirmed 30 days prior to the event.
Together our Ballroom and Dining Room can accommodate up to 225 people.
