Golf Outings at Hanover Country Club

Hanover Country Club, steeped in history, offers a unique private club golfing experience that is both challenging and enjoyable. Our professional team is dedicated to guiding you and helping organize a successful outing, whether it is a non-profit fundraiser or a tournament experience for your clients and customers.

Outing Fees

  • Golf Fees per Player - $75
  • Minimum Food Purchases per Player - $35
  • Pro Shop purchases for prizes per Player - $500 minimum per outing
  • Deposit $2,000

Payment of deposit is required with a signed contract to reserve a date and will be fully applied towards payment of the final bill.  6% Sales tax and 20% Service charge applies to all food & beverage charges. 

Includes:

  • Assistance with the planning and organization of all aspects of your event. Our PGA Professional, Parks Price, will share his expertise in arranging the details and format of the tournament, while our Banquet Manager, Robert Bauhof, will arrange all your Food & Beverage details for your event.
  • Green fees, cart and practice range usage for all players; Registration area set-up, Interactive Scoring with a format of your choice, including contest holes and tournament oversight.
  • Flexible Food & Beverage menus and pricing.

Minimum Player Requirements:

  • A minimum of 72 players is required for Monday outings.  Other days may be available for outings with limited availability. 
  • Requires a current HCC Member Sponsor.

Food & Beverage:

  • Our talented Chef can prepare a wide range of menus for your event.  Our Banquet Manager will assist you in preparing the meals, services and details to make your event special and work with your budget. 
  • On-Course beverage stations and beverage cart billed per consumption.
  • Hanover Country Club will provide all food & beverage, unless previously approved by the General Manager.
